The 2024 edition of Slush, one of the world’s most prestigious events dedicated to startups and technological innovation, has just concluded. Held in Helsinki from November 20 to 21, the event attracted over 5,500 startup founders, 3,300 investors, and thousands of technology professionals and visionaries, all gathered to shape the future of entrepreneurship.
In this high-level context, Italy stood out thanks to the presence of the Italian Trade Agency, which supported a delegation of startups and innovative companies at the Italian pavilion, a true hub of creativity, technology, and networking.
Founded in 2008, Slush has become a benchmark for those operating in the tech sector, offering a unique mix of conferences, pitching sessions, and networking opportunities. This year, the event focused on crucial topics such as artificial intelligence, sustainable technology, and strategies for the future of education and corporate training.
Italian Companies at Slush 2024
Among the Italian excellence at Slush 2024, we at WhoTeach were also present, aiming to contribute by showcasing our intelligent Digital Learning platform that is revolutionizing the corporate training sector through the integration of artificial intelligence. Our participation gained significant visibility during the Pitch Competition, where we had the opportunity to present our vision: smarter, more engaging, and accessible professional training.
The Italian pavilion, organized by the Italian Trade Agency in collaboration with the Italian Embassy and Invitalia, hosted 32 Italian companies, representing the technological excellence and creativity of our country. Visitors were able to discover how Italian companies are applying artificial intelligence in sectors ranging from training and digital to sustainability and healthcare, offering innovative solutions capable of competing internationally.
Italian participation attracted great interest from investors, media, and industry professionals, drawn by the ability of Italian companies to combine advanced technology with a concrete vision for the future.
